From first employee to growing team in Silkeborg!
Few people try to be the first employee in a new office. Meet our colleague Thomas Vogh Olsen. He has done it twice.
First at another consulting firm. The second time was with us at Adeno in the Silkeborg office. Today the team counts eight employees and has just moved to new, larger premises.
Thomas’ path to Adeno has involved various jumps between consulting firms and the company Kamstrup. At Kamstrup, an ITSM tool was used by approximately 40 employees who managed global customer service.
“After the rollout of ServiceNow, there were about 380 customer service employees globally on the platform,” says Thomas, continuing:
“What I think is cool about being a consultant is that I get to do what I find fun. And I find it fun to work with ServiceNow. I find it fun to develop. So when the project at Kamstrup was finished, and it was now about operating the platform, I could feel that I needed to move on”.
In the Silkeborg office since 2023, Thomas has again thrown himself into geeking out on ServiceNow with customers and colleagues. For Thomas, it’s about doing what he finds fun – and as he says: “our shared enthusiasm for ServiceNow makes it fun to go to work.”
