Can you mix vacation and work to strengthen collaboration in the workplace?
A couple of weeks ago, the entire Adeno team went to Southern France for what we call a workcation. 🇫🇷
This workcation gave us the opportunity to get to know each other better and strengthen our relationships through team building, all while getting our work done and enjoying each other’s company over great dinners and exciting activities. 🤝
We are grateful for our team and the positive attitude everyone brought to the trip! At Adeno, we prioritize showing our employees that their work is valued and that we foster a great atmosphere among colleagues—especially since we spend a lot of time at our clients’ locations.
