  • The course gave me a huge upgrade of my ServiceNow skills. The learning program is incredibly hands-on. You cover everything – from scripting and hackathons to governance and ITSM.   • Next Academy was an excellent and well-structured experience that gave me a significant boost in my understanding of ServiceNow. The combination of theory and good practical exercises, expertly delivered by the instructors, worked really well.   • Next Academy has been incredibly rewarding. The course has given me the skills I needed in a concrete and applicable way. My background is in other systems, so the transition to ServiceNow was a steep learning curve at first. What really moved me forward were the hackathons, which brought together all the threads from the different teaching sessions. The realistic scenarios meant that we had to use everything we had learned, and it was especially here that I learned best – by having ‘my fingers in the engine room.’ During the course, there was also room to share experiences, and it was valuable to hear ‘how the others do it’ while also learning best practices from the instructors.   • It has been a super cool course and a huge eye-opener. The course has ignited a huge thirst for knowledge and given me a lot of inspiration for which functionalities make sense to put into our ServiceNow platform. Henrik is an incredibly skilled instructor who manages to make ServiceNow’s giant engine accessible. Although the platform can seem complex, it is surprisingly intuitive once you have learned to locate the right place to work from – and I can now crack many of the nuts I was facing before the course.
