Flying Tiger runs promotions and vouchers changes across its entire store network from a single point in ServiceNow. Changes flow from ServiceNow into a middleware layer, which in turn integrates with the various cash register systems in use across stores, so updates reach every location automatically rather than being entered manually store by store. The result is consistent pricing and campaigns that go live everywhere at once. Zander Croox shares how the case was built and what it means for retail operations at scale.
