This week we had the ServiceNow CSDM course in Herlev - bringing theory into practice.
Led by Jens Damhøj, the group focused on understanding and building a CSDM data model.
The room was filled with valuable discussions and shared experiences from the ServiceNow community.
Building your internal team's capability means getting comfortable with experimenting, and this group did exactly that. 💡
