About the course

Content
This 2-day course masters advanced ServiceNow automation using Flow Designer. Moving beyond low-code fundamentals, it focuses on in-flow scripting, building custom integrations, and designing robust, scalable processes to solve complex enterprise challenges.

Participants will gain expert-level skills to build and manage sophisticated automations. They will learn to solve complex problems by creating custom integrations, scripting data transformations, and implementing advanced error handling and logic.

Target Audience
Experienced ServiceNow Administrators, Developers, Technical Consultants, and senior Power Users responsible for business-critical automations and integrations.

Participant Requirements
Participants must have completed the 'Automation Fundamentals' course or have equivalent hands-on experience with Flow Designer. Basic ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) experience is mandatory, and a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform is also required.
