This 2-day course masters advanced ServiceNow automation using Flow Designer. Moving beyond low-code fundamentals, it focuses on in-flow scripting, building custom integrations, and designing robust, scalable processes to solve complex enterprise challenges. It also covers building automations with AI - what the platform's AI tooling can generate for you, and how to review and harden the result before it goes anywhere near production.
Outcome
Participants will gain expert-level skills to build and manage sophisticated automations. They will learn to solve complex problems by creating custom integrations, scripting data transformations, and implementing advanced error handling and logic - and to use AI to build faster while retaining the judgement to assess whether what it produces is correct.

Participant Requirements
Participants must have completed the 'Automation Fundamentals' course or have equivalent hands-on experience with Flow Designer. Basic ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) experience is mandatory, and a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform is also required.
