    Creating a Process
    A step-by-step guide to creating a process from scratch. You'll learn how to start a process (the trigger) and how to organize your automated tasks into logical stages.

    Connecting with Flow Designer
    Discover how PAD and Flow Designer work together. We'll show you how to add existing automated flows as steps within your larger process.

    Creating a Guided Experience
    See how your process looks to an end-user. We'll explore how PAD creates "Playbooks" in the workspace, giving employees a clear, stepby-step guide to follow.

This is a 2-day course focused on providing the basic skills to work effectively with Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer, ServiceNow's visual low-code solutions for streamlining and automating workflows. The target audience includes: Process Owners, ServiceNow Administrators, Business Analysts, and Power Users who want to automate and take control of their own processes.

Participant Requirements
There are no formal competency requirements. However, it is strongly recommended that participants without ServiceNow experience first take an introductory course like 'Intro to ServiceNow'. While not required, basic scripting experience is an advantage.
