This 2-day course provides the hands-on skills to manage a ServiceNow CMDB effectively. Structured around the CMDB-pillars of Ingestion, Data Governance, and Insights, you will learn to use OOTB tools to populate, maintain, and extract value from your configuration data. The course is designed to empower you to advise the business and understand the CMDB's critical role on the platform.

Outcome
After the course, you will be able to apply OOTB CMDB tools to load and maintain data correctly, and gain a deeper understanding of the CMDB's importance to better advise the business on its use.

Target Audience
This course is for IT professionals who work, or is looking to work, with the CMDB, including System Administrators, Solution Architects, Configuration Managers, and specialists whose solutions rely on CMDB data.

Participant Requirements
While there are no strict prerequisites, we recommend an 'Intro to ServiceNow' course or similar experience. An understanding of ITIL is beneficial.
