Content
This 1-day course provides participants with a thorough introduction to the ServiceNow user interface, where they learn to navigate and use the platform effectively. Throughout the course, participants gain access to our tips and tricks that facilitate smarter working with ServiceNow and harnessing the platform's potential as a backend-user. Besides enhancing their use of ServiceNow, this course can also serve as the foundation for participating in several of our other courses.

Outcome
Participants will be able to work, navigate, and search easily and intuitively in ServiceNow. This simplifies the workday and provides better insight and overview. Participants also have the opportunity to explore whether they want to advance within ServiceNow.

Participant Requirements
The course is designed for new backend-users of ServiceNow. No prior knowledge of ServiceNow is required to attend this course.
