Next Academy is a 6-month training program consisting of 19 training days, combining classroom sessions (80%), mentoring (10%), and self-study (10%). Participants are taken through a structured journey covering platform fundamentals, Flow Designer & Service Catalog, CMDB & Asset Management, scripting, dashboards & Service Portal, and CSA certification preparation. The program includes two hackathons based on real-world scenarios, ongoing 1:1 mentoring with lead instructors, and access to ServiceNow training materials. Teaching takes place at Adeno's offices in Herlev and Odense.
Outcome
After completing Next Academy, participants will be capable of managing and developing on the ServiceNow platform. They will have a solid understanding of core platform features, automation with Flow Designer, data management (CMDB/CSDM), scripting fundamentals, reporting and dashboards, and the Service Portal. Participants will be prepared to take the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam and will receive a diploma upon completion. The program strengthens internal ServiceNow teams, enabling organizations to handle more tasks in-house and reduce reliance on external consultants.
Participant Requirements
The program is designed for individuals with minimal or no prior experience in ServiceNow. Employers should allocate time for self-study and assignments between classroom sessions. Participants are expected to simultaneously apply their learning within their own organizations using ServiceNow.
Target Audience
Developer profiles, process profiles, and hybrid profiles looking to build or formalize their ServiceNow competencies. The program is ideal for organizations wanting to reskill or upskill employees into capable ServiceNow professionals, rather than relying solely on external consultants.
Why Invest in Internal ServiceNow Competencies?
ServiceNow is increasingly chosen as a strategic platform, and as its footprint grows within an organization, so does the demand for skilled resources. Competition for ServiceNow profiles in Denmark is fierce, making it both difficult and expensive to attract external talent. By building strong internal competencies, organizations reduce their dependency on consultants for day-to-day operations and basic development, lower costs over time, and retain critical platform knowledge in-house. A capable internal team can respond faster, deliver higher-quality solutions, and drive more value from the platform investment.
