At Adeno, we place great value on community and strong collaboration across our offices. Because our team is spread across three locations and often works directly at client sites, meeting face-to-face is a priority we don't take for granted.
That is why we gather every year for our Workcation. It is a unique space where we balance deep professional sparring with shared experiences. Whether we are diving into the latest ServiceNow features or exploring a new destination, the goal remains the same: to invest in our relationships.

Cross-Office Activities: To stay connected across Herlev, Silkeborg, and Odense, we regularly host cross-office events. These gatherings ensure that the "Adeno spirit" remains consistent, no matter which office you call home.
Family Day: We believe our work-life balance should include those closest to us. Our annual Family Day invites our loved ones into the Adeno world for a day of fun and community.
