With over 25 years of experience in IT Operations and a deep specialization in ServiceNow, Bjarne is a Partner and Certified Master Architect (CMA) at Adeno. He holds certifications as CIS, CSA, and CAD, and has a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, HR, and CSDM. Before co-founding Adeno, Bjarne held senior management and architect roles at KPMG Denmark and BusinessNow, giving him broad experience from both the consultancy and client side. He is passionate about helping organizations optimize their IT services and operations, with a focus on aligning people, processes, and systems to deliver lasting business value.
