With a strong commercial background and years of leadership experience, Charlie is the CEO and co-founder of Adeno. Before founding the company in 2022, he built his career across commercial leadership roles, progressing from sales manager to commercial director before his mid-twenties. As CEO, he is responsible for the company's commercial direction, client relationships, and growth strategy, and has helped build Adeno into a ServiceNow Premier Partner trusted by Denmark's largest organizations.
