As a ServiceNow Expert and Training Lead at Adeno, Henrik combines hands-on consulting with a passion for developing talent. He works directly with clients on ServiceNow projects while also heading Adeno Learning, where he is responsible for the company's external training programmes as well as the professional development of Adeno's own consultants. Known for making the platform accessible and practical, Henrik leads courses ranging from introductory sessions to the flagship Next Academy programme, helping participants build the skills to confidently manage and evolve their ServiceNow environments.
