Mads is a ServiceNow Expert with over 7 years of experience on the platform and a background in Information Science from Aarhus University. Before joining Adeno in 2023, he spent five years as a Solution Architect at DXC Technology/BusinessNow, where he played a central role in implementing some of Europe's largest ServiceNow installations. At Adeno, he provides architectural advisory, leads best-practice implementations, and helps clients minimize technical debt for scalable, future-proof solutions. His project portfolio spans ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Center, and integration frameworks for clients including Vestas, Nestlé, Novo Nordisk, and Ørsted. He holds multiple ServiceNow certifications, including Certified Implementation Specialist in both HR and SPM, as well as ITIL v3 Foundation.
