His expertise spans architecture, implementation, lead development, and business development, with a passion for leveraging ServiceNow to drive digital transformation. A certified ITIL Master and Trainer, Steen brings deep knowledge of ITIL processes and has successfully delivered a wide range of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, WSD, HR, SPM, and CSM modules, along with extensive experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). He has advised major clients including Danish Defence, Tryg, Pandora, Electrolux, and Grundfos, and his background includes senior roles at KPMG and BusinessNow, where he honed skills in PRINCE2 project management, security and risk management, and organisational change management.
