Ted Norlander

Principal Platform Architect

Ted Norlander is a Principal Platform Architect based in Stockholm, with 30 years in IT across manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and managed services. He has worked in the ServiceNow ecosystem for more than a decade, going back to the Geneva release. Most recently, Ted was CTO of Netgain, and before that Principal Platform Architect at ServiceNow. He is a Certified Master Architect (CMA), ServiceNow's highest certification, earned in one of the first CMA cohorts in EMEA, and also holds the CTA and CRMA certifications. His interest lies in understanding the platform as a whole.
