World Forum Amsterdam is ServiceNow's free one-day event at RAI Amsterdam, focused on putting AI to work in real business scenarios.
The day combines keynotes, an expo and hands-on AI labs where you can try vibe coding and build and test your own AI agent. Sessions cover the AI Control Tower, EmployeeWorks and Otto, and how Workflow Data Fabric, Context Engine and Action Fabric connect data, AI and workflows. Armis and Veza cover the security side.
