Our Learning Culture

A Culture Built on Learning

At Adeno, continuous learning is not an initiative: it is the foundation of who we are. We believe that the best consultants are those who never stop developing, and we have built our entire organization around that conviction. Every structure, every ritual, and every investment we make reflects a commitment to seeking, sharing, and applying knowledge together.

Talent Development Program

Our talent development program is designed to ensure that every consultant who steps into a client engagement is fully prepared - not just technically, but strategically. Before being deployed, participants go through an intensive, hands-on development track that over an extended period builds deep ServiceNow fluency across architecture, scripting, governance, and best practices. The program combines structured training with mentoring and practical application, so that new consultants are not just learning theory - they are building real capability, and getting the certifications to show for it. When they reach the client, they are ready to contribute from the very first day.

Bi-Weekly Knowledge-Sharing Sessions

Every two weeks, our team comes together for dedicated knowledge-sharing sessions where consultants present insights, lessons learned, and discoveries from their current projects and explorations. These sessions are a cornerstone of our learning culture - a space where hard-won experience becomes collective wisdom. Whether it is a new ServiceNow capability, a creative solution to a complex challenge, or a reflection on what did and did not work, the goal is the same: to make the entire team stronger by making knowledge openly available.

Internal Hackathons

One or two times a year we pause our regular work and come together for internal hackathons - intensive, collaborative sprints where teams tackle real challenges head-on. The scope varies deliberately: some hackathons focus on building new applications or prototyping innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform, while others address internal tools, processes, or creative experiments. What stays constant is the energy and the outcome - our hackathons push people to think beyond their daily work, collaborate across specializations, and learn by doing. They are where ideas take shape and where some of our best thinking happens.

ERFA Groups

In the Danish tradition of experience-based learning, our ERFA groups bring together consultants with shared professional interests to exchange real-world insights, discuss challenges, and develop new approaches together. These groups create a trusted space for professional sparring - where practical knowledge is transferred not through formal instruction, but through honest dialogue among peers who understand the work firsthand.
