Meet Morten Kær Schøler: New ServiceNow Expert at Adeno - Who digs just as deep in the garden beds as in ServiceNow

With over nine years of experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem, Morten brings deep technical insight. He has sat on both sides of the table as a process owner, implementation partner, and most recently as the technical owner of ServiceNow as an Enterprise Service Management platform. His background covers everything from governance and license management to coding standards and strategic advisory. ✅

In his new role, Morten will design and develop well-considered ServiceNow implementations in close collaboration with our customers. His primary focus is translating the business's concrete needs into pragmatic architecture through co-creation and sparring. He challenges habitual thinking to ensure we build long-lasting systems for our customers.

"I see my role as being an advisor, not just a supplier. By working holistically with processes, people, and technology, we can create a safe decision-making space where we get the architecture right the first time and prioritize long-term value." 💭

When the computer is off, you'll find Morten on his 6,000-square-metre property in Nibe, where he lives with his wife and their two boys. There, time is spent tending to the family's chickens and cats, growing vegetables in the kitchen garden, or tinkering with motorised garden machinery. He's also a dedicated DIY man who recently built a large wooden deck – and when the family needs to fully relax, it happens in the caravan. 🚜

Welcome Morten to Adeno! 👋
