Meet Björn Hagström: new Platform Architect in the Nordic team – and a house renovator on the side. 🔨
With eight years of ServiceNow experience, Björn has worked with solution design and architecture throughout his career, alongside roles as a developer and Team Lead.
In recent years he's focused primarily on architecture, while still enjoying hands-on development when it adds value, believing an initial implementation can demonstrate a design idea and give developers a clearer understanding of the intended solution.
Björn focuses on seeing the bigger picture and identifying opportunities to develop customers' ideas further. He's driven by the belief that no problem is impossible to solve, and is good at turning ideas into clear, concrete actions while supporting colleagues as they develop and learn new skills.

Outside of work, Björn enjoys renovating and remodeling his house, and as a father of five, there's always plenty to rebuild or adapt. Working with his hands gives him a welcome change from spending his days in front of a computer. He's also had a long-standing interest in target shooting, something he practiced a lot when he was younger. 🎯
