Meet Joona Uusitalo Joining us in Finland as a New Senior Business Consultant – and a sourdough baker on the side. 🍞
Joona is our new Finnish ServiceNow professional in the Nordic team, and he's been part of the ServiceNow journey since the Kingston release, passionate about connecting business and technology and building strong customer relationships. He's excited to help strengthen our presence in the Nordic market, covering both sales and delivery activities, with a current focus on building new customer relationships and creating opportunities to deliver real business value.
Joona is joining us after eight years on the customer side, including three as Platform Owner. That experience means he understands both the opportunities and challenges organizations face when developing their ServiceNow capabilities and can easily relate to their priorities and expectations.

Outside of work, Joona developed his own sourdough starter during the pandemic, a hobby that quickly became a passion. He's since baked well over a thousand loaves of bread, baguettes, rye breads, croissants, and Neapolitan pizzas. As he puts it, sourdough baking and platform development have a lot in common: both require patience, consistency, and a willingness to keep improving over time.
