Meet Mohamad Elhady: New ServiceNow Specialist at Adeno in Copenhagen.
Mohamad is a trained software developer who has previously worked in both operational and customer-facing roles. That mix has shaped how he approaches his work: he's always liked the combination of people and technology, and what motivates him most is understanding a problem properly before jumping to a solution, then making sure that solution actually holds up in the real world, not just on paper.
At Adeno, his primary focus will be ServiceNow, where he'll help translate customer needs into concrete, workable solutions. He's joining through Adeno's Talent Development Program, and he's looking forward to using that time to dive deep into the platform, building the technical foundation he'll rely on for years to come. 💻

That curiosity doesn't stop when he logs off. Outside of work, Mohamad spends a good chunk of his free time at the gym, and travel is a genuine passion; he's already crossed more than 35 countries off the list, and by his own account, it's only getting longer. ✈️ Between the discipline of the gym and the openness of constant travel, it's easy to see where his appetite for new challenges comes from.
