Meet Phillip Noble: New ServiceNow Specialist at Adeno - and a man who does his homework.
Phillip brings more than 10 years of IT experience to the team, most recently as Incident Administrator at NRGI, and before that as Service Desk lead and Team Lead for onsite support. Over the years he's worked with processes like Incident and Request from the inside out, and he's spent plenty of time on the customer side of ServiceNow, using it daily long before he ever thought about working with it professionally. 🎧
He's joining Adeno through our Talent Development program, where experienced IT profiles take the step into ServiceNow consulting and development. It's a natural next move for someone who has already spent a decade solving problems on the ground: his focus now is to learn as much as he possibly can and put that knowledge to direct use, helping both colleagues and customers. He brings with him a practical, no-nonsense mindset and hands-on experience from several cost-saving projects, the kind of background that tends to cut straight through complexity. 📚
"I'm good at thinking practically and functionally. I'm not the type to sell snake oil, I'd rather spend time understanding the real problem than deliver something fast that doesn't last," says Phillip, and it's a line that says a lot about how he'll approach his work with customers going forward.
Privately, Phillip lives just outside Silkeborg with his wife, their two-year-old son, and two house rabbits. He's into music, gaming, and training, but the real proof of his practical, thorough nature shows up in the small things: his latest winter tire purchase involved 27 hours of YouTube reviews and three in-depth articles before he was satisfied. When Phillip commits to something, he commits properly, whether that's a decision about tires or a ServiceNow implementation. 🎸
Please join us in welcoming Phillip to Adeno! 👋
