Meet Stig Løvschall Grøntved: New ServiceNow Associate at Adeno - and a musician at heart.
Stig, 36, lives in Aarhus and brings a BSc in Computer Science along with a Master's in Science Studies, giving him a solid foundation in technological development. He also has hands-on prototyping experience as a student developer at IBM. 🛠️
Stig is joining Adeno through our Talent Development Program, and right now his focus is on becoming really good at ServiceNow. Longer term, he's drawn to change management, making sure customers' experience with ServiceNow feels meaningful, not just implemented. He's especially interested in how technology and local practices intersect, and wants ServiceNow solutions to fit naturally into the way customers already work, not just sit on top of it.
"I want to make sure the ServiceNow solutions our customers get aren't just implemented, but integrated into the practices that already shape their business."
Outside of work, Stig is passionate about music, and he's always looking to broaden his perspective, on both practical and abstract topics. 🎶
