How Did Your Journey into the Job Market Begin?
Mikllas Lund had never heard of ServiceNow when he started working at Københavns Kommune after graduating from Roskilde University.
He just knew he wanted to work with technology.
He soon became part of the team managing the HR section of the ServiceNow platform—and thanks to his academic background, Mikllas was also trusted with some of the more technical tasks.
Working alongside external consultants gave him a taste of the consultant role. They had specialized knowledge he was eager to learn from, and they could draw on a strong professional network.
There were many skilled professionals at Københavns Kommune, but technical sparring was organized differently. At the same time, he experienced how solutions often became complex, making it difficult to navigate.
So when the opportunity to join Adeno came up, he was curious—but also uncertain.
