Meet Rikke Cecilie Badsberg: New ServiceNow Specialist at Adeno – Kayak Enthusiast with a Green Thumb

With a background as a Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Design and 4.5 years at Kamstrup, Rikke has built solid experience within the ServiceNow platform. She has worked extensively with everything from ITSM and CSM to process mapping and building complex solutions in App Engine ✅

Her mission is to ensure that technology and user needs go hand in hand. By combining curiosity with a structured approach to process analysis, Rikke will help our customers clarify their requirements so that, together, we can find the solution that creates the most value ✨

In her private life, Rikke loves being outdoors, whether it’s on a kayak trip with her family or with her hands in the soil of her vegetable garden. There, she grows everything from fruits and vegetables to flowers, providing both fresh air and renewed energy 🛶
