For over 3 years, Mikllas has been dedicated to working with ServiceNow at the City of Copenhagen. Here, he has been involved in operations and development with the aim of supporting and optimizing administrative HR processes. The latest major project Mikllas has been part of involved building a new Service Portal for reporting HR issues for all employees and leaders in the City of Copenhagen. 🖥️🤝
“In my new role as a ServiceNow Specialist at Adeno, my focus will be on further developing my expertise and building good relationships with our customers to understand their challenges and needs as best as possible. I am driven to develop sustainable solutions that create value for users but also make it easy for those who will subsequently operate and maintain the platform.”
In his free time, Mikllas enjoys disconnecting by spending time in nature, where he loves to go hunting or fishing. Additionally, he also enjoys spending time drawing or meeting friends for a game of Dungeons & Dragons! 🎣🎲🎨
