Meet Kia Martinussen: New ServiceNow Expert at Adeno – With a Love for Advent Stories, Music, and User Experience.

Kia has recently relocated from Copenhagen to Odense, bringing a wealth of experience with her. Having previously worked as a consultant for several of the largest ServiceNow partners in Denmark, she has built deep insights into the platform’s vast capabilities. ✅

As part of our implementation team, Kia’s mission is to digitize and automate manual processes. Her focus is laser-sharp on user experience, ensuring that the technology doesn't just work, but actually makes daily life easier for both our customers and their end-users. ✨

When Kia isn’t busy being a chauffeur for her three children, she finds peace in the combination of port wine and jigsaw puzzles. She lets her creativity run wild writing Christmas "advent calendar" stories with a friend or playing in the band for the local revue—which, "unfortunately," is already completely sold out. 🎭
