Five months of intensive training, deep dives, and development in ServiceNow culminated yesterday with the final hackathon.
Here, participants competed in two teams to see who could best implement ServiceNow ITSM for Future Tech’s global IT organization and present their solution to the platform owner, Henning Roald Hærdebred. The initial description of the hackathon scenario can be found in the gallery below.

Over the course of 18 training days, the participants have worked purposefully with the platform, continuously applying their skills in their daily work. They are now ready to take the ServiceNow level in their organizations and internal ServiceNow teams to new heights – full-time.
