There has been a lot of activity lately, so here is a brief overview of what we have been working on:
Networking meeting at Novo Nordisk
We started strongly with the first networking meeting of the year. Novo Nordisk shared concrete experiences with the use of AI in ServiceNow – including their proof of value and roadmap for the future.
Next Academy
Participants completed module 3 focusing on CMDB and also received a thorough introduction to Service Portal. 🎓
ServiceNow courses
We also had the pleasure of holding two courses this week:
ITSM Processes, where participants worked with Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Intro to ServiceNow, which provided a solid understanding of the platform’s basic functions.
Next week we will hold a course in CMDB/CDM
And the week after we meet again – this time for a networking meeting at PFA 🤝
