Meet Stephan: New Regional Lead with a Passion for Opera and Big Experiences
With over 10 years of experience with ServiceNow—on both the customer and vendor sides—Stephan Mejer is the new man at the helm of our Silkeborg office. Most recently, he came from Norlys, where he held overall responsibility for the platform, IT Service Management processes, Service Delivery, and Software Asset Management. Before that, he was Head of Consulting at DXC Technology.
Stephan is passionate about developing people and ensuring high-quality deliveries. At Adeno, he is responsible for the consulting team in Silkeborg, where he works purposefully to maintain a high professional standard and ensure that our customers continue to receive solutions that create real value. At the same time, he focuses on expanding the team with talented new colleagues who share our ambitions.
He is known for his ability to build strong relationships and his sharp eye for both business and IT. With a solid leadership background, deep knowledge of ITIL processes, and extensive experience with ServiceNow, Stephan knows what it takes to understand customer needs—and deliver on them.

Privately, Stephan lives in Silkeborg with his two children, Lucas and Victoria, whom he has every other week. He is active in local politics, serves as chairman of the local political association, and is a member of the Norlys representatives’ council. In his free time, you’ll often find him on the golf course—or at the Royal Danish Theatre, where he and his partner enjoy everything from ballet to opera. Most recently, a six-hour Wagner performance!
