In the upcoming weeks, Adeno will be facilitating several workshops with current and new clients. Therefore, we are using our time at the office to prepare for how they should be executed.
We work according to the following success criteria when conducting workshops:
Participants should gain new insights.
Participants should collectively achieve a shared understanding.
Participants should conclude the workshop with a sense of having reached something directive and relevant. Initiatives that can be implemented in their daily lives or inputs for a meaningful process that can be carried forward.
Participants should feel that their input has made a difference.
