This 2-day course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) in ServiceNow. The functionality of ServiceNow increasingly relies on data being organized in accordance with CSDM. Therefore, it is crucial to have a solid knowledge of the concepts to ensure and future-proof one’s implementation.
Throughout this course, participants will learn about the structure of CMDB, including classes and the various types of entities. They will also gain insight into how the CSDM data model supports the entire ServiceNow platform.
