With over 10 years of experience in Service Management and more than 7 years of work with ServiceNow, Thomas has operated on both sides of the tables – as a client and as a consultant. He comes with a background from Devoteam and BusinessNow (DXC) and most recently as a Lead Architect at Kamstrup. His diverse background grants him unique perspectives and competencies including consulting, implementation, development, and architecture. With his experience, he excels in aligning technology with the entire organization across multiple levels.
“After four years of being responsible for ServiceNow at Kamstrup, I’ve successfully built a sustainable platform where instances, processes, integrations, and customizations harmonize. This has resulted in an upgrade time of under 3 days for ITSM, CSM, and custom processes. I’m looking forward to utilizing my client-side and consultant-side experience with other clients in the future,” says Thomas.
Thomas places a strong emphasis on “back to out of the box”. When advising clients at Adeno, his focus will be on crafting sustainable solutions that endure into the future.
When he’s off-duty, Thomas likes staying up late. Not for partying, but to safeguard the youth in Silkeborg. As a Natteravn, he ensures that young individuals have a positive experience and return home safely from the nightlife.
