This 1-day course is an introductory course in ServiceNow for new back-end users. Participants will be able to work, navigate, and search easily and intuitively in ServiceNow.
In addition to enhancing the use of ServiceNow, this course can also serve as a foundation for participating in many of our other courses.

This 2-day course focuses on equipping participants with the skills to work effectively with the Flow Designer tool in ServiceNow.
Flow Designer is a visual low-code solution that allows users to streamline and automate processes and workflows within their organization.

CMDB/CSDM
This 2-day course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) in ServiceNow.
Participants will learn about the structure of CMDB, including classes and the various types of entities, as well as receive an introduction to integration strategies. Additionally, participants will gain insights into how CSDM supports the entire ServiceNow platform.
Participants will also acquire an understanding of integrations with various data sources and learn to connect configuration data with the service layer through practical exercises and guidelines.

Next Academy
– Cultivating the next generation of ServiceNow talents.
Adeno Learning Next Academy is a practical-oriented education program focused on ServiceNow. We assist companies in Denmark in building sustainable and strong internal ServiceNow teams.
This 5-month program upskills and retrain individuals with minimal or no experience in ServiceNow, while they continue working in their organizations. Both developer profiles, process profiles, and hybrid profiles are welcome to participate.
