As a ServiceNow Expert, you are expected to:
- Develop, enhance, and configure solutions supporting client processes.
- Remain at the forefront of ServiceNow functionalities and exhibit curiosity about other emerging, value-adding, and complementary technologies.
- Develop your competencies as required, maintaining high expectations for your personal and professional growth.
- Prioritize the client and establish solid relationships with our customers.
- Build a bridge between the business and IT and convey how technology can solve business needs and challenges
- Contribute to the preparation of offers for both new and existing customers
- Develop your skills as needed and have high expectations for your personal and professional development
- Possess a minimum of 5 years ServiceNow experiences.
