Holistic ServiceNow Expert, new father for the second time, and Adeno’s first hire – meet Jonas Schneekloth Løkkegaard.

For more than 8 years, Jonas has been working with Service Management and project management. He brings experience from some of the largest companies in the Nordics and Europe, where he has been involved in ServiceNow implementations. He has worked on all aspects of a project, ranging from requirement specification, proccesses, project management, configuration, design, testing, training, and ongoing support. 

“My primary focus at Adeno is to create value for clients by bringing business and IT closer together. I take on the necessary roles to ensure this happens, whether it’s a coordinating, technical, or process role,” says Jonas.

Jonas holds multiple ServiceNow certifications, including ITSM, PPM, Scripting and Performance Analytics. He also holds certifications in ITIL, COBIT 5.0, SCRUM and ISTQB-CTFL.

When Jonas is off work, he’s busy with various home projects with his eldest son. If you ask Jonas himself, he’s a carpenter, plumber, painter, builder, landscaper, and everything in between – a true handyman.
