Sebastian Laursen, Adeno Partner, ServiceNow Expert, and Community MVP has recently achieved the Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation in ServiceNow. This accomplishment places Sebatian as one of only four individuals in Denmark to hold this certification. This significant achievement, attained through extensive hours of instruction and training – a huge congratulation to Sebastian!
Regarding his journey, Sebastian states: “Participating in the three-month-long ServiceNow CTA course has been an immensely rewarding experience. Collaborating and exchanging insights with numerous other proficient ServiceNow experts has been invaluable. As a CTA. Sebastian is responsible of analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and assisting in solutions to achieve complex business objectives. The primary responsibilities of a CTA includes solution design and architecture, integrations, technical leadership, technical evaluation of strategic and operational business requirements, upholding best practices and quality control, as well as advising on governance within the ServiceNow platform.
