With over 15 years of experience in Service Management, Henrik was one of the first consultants in Denmark to work with ServiceNow. Henrik is a prominent figure in the industry and has spent the last 10 years deeply engaged with ServiceNow, most recently at KPMG as a Manager and ServiceNow Architect, and previously as a ServiceNow Architect at BusinessNow and Devoteam.
Henrik is a service-oriented solution architect with a focus on both technical configuration and architectural experience, along with the ability to “Keep-it-simple”. He possesses the capacity to see things in the “bigger picture”, enabling him to provide the best possible advice and assistance.
At Adeno, he holds the title of ServiceNow Expert, but outside of work, he carries titles like The Viking, The Family Man, and The Ninja. The last title is quite telling, as Henrik is one the ten Danish practitioners of Ninja’s martial art, holding the title of Juyuushu, “The Ten Invincibles”, as the only ones outside of Japan. Throughout his life, Henrik has visited Japan over 14 times and has been trained by some of the world’s most skilled ninjas. That’s what you might call ServiceNow Ninjaeering.
